Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. In the winter, you can sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you can flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

In het pitoreske Voorthuizen is van alles te doen, dus naast rust is er veel vertier te vinden in de omgeving. Elke zaterdag markt en genoeg terrassen rondom het plein.
