Villa Twins is situated in the lovely coastal town of Crikvenica, famous for its natural beauty and crystal clear sea. A spacious terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols as well as a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool is at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends' vacation. Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.
