The Blue Cottage is located atop beautiful, historic Lookout Mountain. It comfortably accomodates 2 people. The cottage is within walking distance of the Lookout Mountain Flight Park (hang gliding), and within an easy 7-8 mile drive to Rock City, Point Park and Ruby Falls. Cloudland Canyon State Park is just down the road and offers wonderful hiking trails and waterfalls. Pets are allowed. Prior approval is required. A pet fee is charged. This is a true log cabin in the woods adjoining 9,000 acres of Chattahoochee National Forest. The home is on a small creek in a valley by Taylor's Ridge with private trails to the top of the mountain. There is a large stone fireplace in the den. Though it is a rustic setting we have great WIFI and streaming 4K HDR TV. We have space and facilities for dog and horse owners. Cloudland Canyon, Jarrod's Place Bike Park, Dalton, GA, and Chattanooga, TN are nearby and great day time destinations.

Cabin Number two is a cozy cabin. Enjoy a front porch swing and rockers. Relax and unwind while still be closing to local attractions. The cabin offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting area, bedroom 2 has a full bed and a twin bed, bedroom 3 has a twin bed. The living room offers a pull out couch and an additional couch. The living room offers an electric fireplace. The living room has a little desk area. The back porch also has a washer/dryer in back room.
