Set on 8 acres and surrounded by forest, you can relax on the covered porch and watch wildlife, or roast marshmallows at the creekside fire pit. Designed with the comfort of our guests and their pets in mind, Mountain Magic has everything you need for a fantastic mountain retreat.

Enjoy all the action, including Dollywood while resting in the peaceful secluded countryside. Fountain City is a lovely little area in the northern part of Knoxville that is known for it's duck pond and park. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen cooking essentials to a 50 inch smart TV preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+. Need to work remote? We've got you covered with a convenient work desk and reliable 100mbps internet.

Our cottage is perfect for 4 adults and 2 children.The cottage is completely renovated , all new appliances, and mattresses. The Little River Cottage is located beside the Historical Blount Swinging Bridge . Enjoy the large back yard and sit around the fire pit in the evenings .

The cottage with its private driveway boasts over 1,000 square feet. The ground floor features: kitchen, dining, sitting area, deluxe bathroom and full sized washer & dryer. The open concept living/bedroom on the 2nd floor is surrounded by a deck that has gorgeous views of the river and a relaxing place hang out.
