This spacious open-plan home offers Wifi, reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main space, timber flooring, a huge kitchen, 4 large bedrooms all with flooring and 2 bathrooms with full laundry facilities. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the driveway. If you need to work from home and make the most of NBN connection, you can settle in the main bedroom's computer nook.

Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Welcome to Foxtrot Flats - a secluded farm with a small and thoughtfully designed home, which is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.
