Leanne or Jeff will be available at any time to answer questions and make your stay an enjoyable one. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Located right in the heart of town, the perfect jumping off point to visit areas such as Byron Bay and the villages of Bangalow, Newrybar and Brunswick Heads. The interiors are filled with old world charm, featuring ornate ceilings and a wood fire for the winter months. (Please note that firewood will be an extra cost). Multiple outdoor areas including a sun filled front verandah to enjoy your morning coffee or daytime nap plus a fire pit off the bbq deck for the cooler weather.

Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.
