The house is close to the downtown historical district, beaches, museums, restaurants/bars, the Wahoos Stadium & Pensacola NAS is 4 miles away. Great place for couples or singles within just a few blocks of thriving downtown Pensacola. Only a short drive to our famous sugar white beaches. This cottage is small, but the whole place is yours, and the two original rooms, which were built in 1940, have 9 1/2 foot ceilings with magnificent crown moldings. New flooring, paint, kitchen and bath upgrades have come together to make this cottage a jewel of style, comfort, and grace.

Blue Bayou Cottage -1 mile from Boat Ramp.

Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
