Waterbury Village Apartment

With the back country and the front town, travelers can settle in on the deck to enjoy the views, or set out to explore a happening downtown-just one block away. This second floor space is private, light filled, and quiet. Please note, we were previous Super Hosts before Covid. We're getting back into hosting with an even better apartment (more space, and two bedrooms!) We're not absentee investors running an AirBnb business; we live in an adjacent apartment and enjoy welcoming guests!

Potter’s Place

Lovely 2-bedroom close to everything, Potter’s Place is the perfect hub for your stay in Vermont. Only 30-40 minutes to Stowe, Bolton, Sugarbush, and plenty of amazing Nordic trails, the space provides a welcoming retreat after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. If biking is your thing, the apartment backs up to the Cross Vermont Trail, and is a great jumping off point for adventure. The apartment is also a short (10-15 minute) walk to downtown and all the shops on Main and State Street.

You’ll have a private and fully fenced yard, a patio with outdoor seating, and across the walking bridge there’s public access to a local favorite swimming hole. Private entry, driveway and apartment. Host occupies upstairs unit.

Five minute walk to the prettiest and coolest state capital in the country. Entire second floor duplex with separate entrance up a flight of stairs. Beautiful porch. Perfect base to explore Vermont; hiking, skiing, biking. Hosts live downstairs. Dogs are welcome with conditions. (Note the reservation requirements) Limit 4 people. (Includes toddlers and infants) If you are a skier, we're e less than an 40 minutes to major Ski areas. You won't have to pay resort prices and have a more room.

Village Oasis 2 -the crossroads of VT

A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Cute and Functional One Bedroom in Barre VT!

Enjoy a stay at this stylish experience at this centrally-located place! Three separate rooms. Large Bathroom and Kitchen and Bedroom/Living Room. The full size bed has a trundle underneath to pull out a twin size bed. The shades and curtains in the bedroom are blockout shades to keep out the lights of the night. Lots of off street parking and separate private entrance. You will be on the first floor apartment. There is an apt above the studio that is also rented to Air B and B travelers!

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.

One block to city center and all the downtown restaurants and shops. One off street parking space available. The perfect central location for exploring the surrounding areas.

Stowe Area Retreat

This is a Cozy 1 bedroom upstairs apt. with private entry, 600 sq. ft. Full bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DISH network, free Wi-Fi. Bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Nice private deck for sitting or BBQ. Located on a very quite country dirt road. Nice views of Worcester Ridge and Elmore Mt. A 15 minute drive to Stowe Village, 30 minutes to Stowe Mt. ski area and an hour drive to Burlington and BTV airport.
