Experience top-of-the-mountain living! This cozy studio condo has amazing 180 degree views and is only a short walk to the slopes. Regardless of the season, there’s something for everyone, from skiing and hiking, to scenic drives on the Blue Ridge Parkway, to relaxing at a local winery, and everything in between. This studio unit has a comfy queen bed, plus an electric fireplace and private deck. New clubhouse amenities include indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, and tennis/pickleball courts.

Sleeping Bear Cabin - Blue Ridge Mountains

Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Stay on top of the slopes at Sugar Ski and Country Club, a ski in/ski out complex! At 4900 feet, you'll enjoy long range views from inside the condo or on the private balcony. Just 300 yards from mountain bike trails and Oma's Meadow Ski Lift. Free wifi, 55-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, loft bedroom with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, and amenity fob to access the clubhouse’s pool and hot tub. No A/C, but cool nights and screens allow for mountain breezes.

The Space This condo is 900 square feet of living space and offers a private balcony overlooking Oma's Meadow. We are conveniently located right across from the main clubhouse.
