Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk downtown or it’s a short drive to ETSU, Buffalo Mountain Park, Boone Lake, and more! King bed (master), double bed (2nd), and queen futon (loft). TVs in each room. Nintendo switch, games, and books upstairs. Patio includes sunny and shady sides and enclosed middle (with outdoor movie). Master includes a mini kitchen with refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, crock pot, single burner electric cooktop, etc.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Just sit and enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook while you relax by the fire pit or take a hike on our private trail. With deep woods views and changing leaf color this is truly a treasure. Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

Country Cottage

Country Cottage gives you the chance to relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with great mountain views. We are also pet friendly, with plenty of yard to let them play while you enjoy the mountain scenery! The living room has a couch with a queen pull out bed, and the back room also has a pull out futon bed for more guests! The master bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a carport outside of the house that will hold up to 2 cars. We hope you enjoy! :)
