This is a lovely, basic room for one person. It is in the basement with a north-western window and egress. The house is quiet and owned by a professional couple, one of whom is frequently at home and often available (works from home). A hearty or light breakfast is available, if ordered in advance and with availability. In the summer, it can be el fresco. The house is in a very mature, wooded neighbourhood that is safe and conveniently close to all amenities.

Self-serve breakfast includes cereal, toast, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, yogourt, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice and milk. The BASEMENT bedroom is large (18 feet X 12 feet) and normally very cool, but fans are available if necessary.
