Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. This charming cottage is just a few minute walk to the Footbridge and Ogunquit beach and close to many popular restaurants and bars. The bedroom has a queen size bed , tiled bathroom, cozy living area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
