Modernly updated 1860's cape with uneven lines and uniqueness. The home has 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. The stairs to the second floor can pose a challenge to young children or older people. The 1st floor has a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a walk in shower. The main entrance is off the patio on to a sunroom that has a washer and dryer. The home is on a 1.5 acre lot that is shared with the owners work barn. The back yard is private with lawn, flower beds and lots of trees.

The Edgewater cottage is available from Mid-May through Mid- October. A Beautiful 2 bedroom fully equipped cottage in Wells Maine (Edgewater) Queen bed in the master, dual twin trundle bed in the second BR, pull out sofa in LR, fully equipped kitchen, Heat and AC, WIFI, TV, gas grill, fire pit, private quiet lane with plenty of parking, 1/2 mile from the ocean/beach, the trolley picks up next door 100 yds. away. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
