You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a private entry and exclusive access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom (no kitchen).

The studio is a cosy private retreat to relax and unwind - surrounded by beautiful gardens. The studio is air conditioned. Guests have their own private shower and toilet a few steps into the main house. There is a salt water swimming pool & BBQ. The pool is open in the summer months. Free off street car parking is available.

Bus stop is 3 mins by walk, Belmont shopping centre 10 mins by walk, restaurants, cafes and more.

A stylish and provincial house in a peaceful and quiet area, Manning. 30 seconds to the bus stop by walk, easy access to other areas, near by Curtin University, Swan River, 10 mins to Perth CBD, 5 mins to Karawara Shopping Centre, 10 mins to Carousel Shopping Centre and Garden City Shopping Centre, 20 mins from domestic and international airport. NOTE: The split system is in the living room and there's not one in the room. The fan provided with the split system makes for good cooling. However, there isn't a system in your room.
