This amazing waterfront beach house has recently been refurbished to offer you modern comfort amongst the wild Arthur River landscape, and can sleep 10 people in 7 beds! The open plan kitchen / dining / lounge has wonderful large windows that make the most of the sea view, toasty open fireplace and a comfy leather lounge and satellite TV. Just outside is a glass sheltered North ( river facing ) outdoor entertainment deck with its own open potbelly fireplace, sound system and BBQ.

Kick tha sand off ya toes after your 150m walk back from tha beach and take in the sweeping views and sunsets over the edge of the world and arthur river. or even better, soak away the day in our restored outdoor cast iron bath. The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
