Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.15 stairs to negotiate to the Apartment as the owner lives downstairs.I include a continental breakfast Semi rural outlook, 5 minutes to airport, 3 minutes to Bishopdale mall (by car). The Pool House @ Woodford Grace is a one bedroom, separate private retreat next to our home and within lovely gardens in Christchurch. We are well located for getting around Christchurch easily. Approximately 15-20 mins walk from the Central City, about 10 mins from the historic Arts Centre and 3 mins walk to beautiful Hagley Park. The Airport Bus Route 8 stops outside our property. There are lovely cafes and restaurants to enjoy in the neighbourhood.

Ikamatua B &B - The accomodation is set in a rural garden overlooking the village of Ikamatua. The surrounding land is our own farmland. The surrounding rivers have excellent fishing. Great walks nearby. Good stopover when heading towards glaciers if heading south or north towards Nelson, Blenheim, or Picton. The local hotel in Ikamatua does great evening meals, this is only 5mins from accommodation.
