The bars and restaurants of Stirchley are a few minutes walk, as are bus and train services to the city. Or, relax in your own canal side area with covered seating. As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

The perfect romantic oak beamed get away has a new well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave & retro fridge. The lounge/dining area includes a cosy log burner, Wi Fi, 43” TV and Velux windows. The double bedroom has a generous wardrobe space and subtle lighting. A stylish modern bathroom incorporates a shower, hand basin and WC. The large patio area has a dining suite and hot tub.

Aida is a self-contained suite within the owner’s family home. Sleeps 2 (+2 children*) It has its own entrance, lounge (with sofa-bed) bedroom and bathroom. Hot tub available. Tea/coffee included. Barston, listed by The Telegraph as one of the poshest villages in the UK, enjoys a rural location yet 10 mins away from the NEC and Birmingham Airport. The village has 2 excellent gastro pubs and many nearby eateries, including a Michelin star restaurant. Airport parking/transfers available.

For singles/couples looking for a semi rural one-bedroom cottage to escape to, with excellent motorway links, also popular with professionals seeking an alternative to a hotel room. The cottage was a stable back in the day when the house was named Horsley Cottage in the 1800's. The homestay includes a log burner, underfloor heating, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine & bathroom. There is a dining table which could be used as a workspace, lounge & first floor bedroom. Dogs welcome.

Canalside cabin overlooking the Coventry canal and located in the village of Hopwas. The cabin is perfect for an affordable break or a cost effective stopover on a work trip. Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views of waterways and local woods. There’s plenty on offer for nature lovers with great walks, fishing, boating and cycling on your doorstep. Further afield is a town and city to explore. After a day outdoors there are 2 country pubs across the road from the cabin to relax.

Our peaceful dog friendly home from home has the countryside on your doorstep with plenty of walks/bike rides etc. * Private garden which is not overlooked complete with BBQ and seating area * Kingsize bed, Netflix, Sky TV, WiFi and Air con unit for the warmer months * Private Parking * CCTV on front door and back gate * This centrally-located home has a number of attractions within a short driving distance and local pubs We do not have a hot tub anymore for returning guests
