Previously known as Zion Heritage Farm, this place encourages you to unleash your creative energy in a genuine and peaceful setting.

The Poplar One: Private Cottage & Garage

Only minutes away from Oglebay resort and waterfall, Wesbanco Arena, The Capital Theater, Centre Market and more, this quiet and cozy cottage is designed for you to come to and relax from your adventure. Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

This peaceful cottage is located at the edge of a farm with views of the hills located on a private lane. Short drive to Moundsville/Wheeling/New Martinsville. Enjoy your quiet relaxing stay! *During winter weather an all wheel or 4x4 vehicle may be helpful.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
