We invite you to bring friends, co-workers, and loved ones under one roof at this home away from home. =) Please note: We can only accommodate 4-5 cars on the property and in the neighborhood court. Please do not book if you plan to have a group with more cars than that.

Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Whether desiring to kick back and relax or prepare a meal for a group, or both, this living space can easily accommodate. Enjoy the peaceful PET FRIENDLY back patio. Enjoy a gas fire pit or bbq some dinner on the grill. Keep it simple at this peaceful centrally-located in Historic Downtown Modesto. This new build 1 bedroom with all new construction and appliances is walking Distance to Gallo Center for the Arts, Mchenry Mansion the Museum , Brendan Movie Theater, The State Theatre and you can enjoy all the night life on the weekends. Even catch Modesto's past time of some cruising on the weekends.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Azul Dorado an enchanted place

1 bedroom apartment with its own entrance. Sofa folds into a standard bed. 2-3 adults maximum. Heat/cool system. TV, no cable. NO STOVE OR OVEN. WIFI available. Washer/Dryer in apartment for guest. Kitchenette with dishes and towels. Two miles from the 99 freeway and downtown dining/entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.

Cozy Living

Cozy and peaceful sanctuary with privacy includes a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a your own entrance to come and go as you please. Wifi, Keurig, fridge, microwave, and all utensils are provided. Sit and relax on the couch and watch your favorite movie or lay in a comfy queen size bed and watch a movie. It's your own little apartment closed off to the main house. Always super clean with fresh aroma!
