Has wardrobe, microwave, hair dryer, Smart TV/NETFLIX, toaster, plates, cutlery, chopping board, small oven, electric kettle, fridge, heat pump, tea, coffee & milk. NB; Breakfast ISN'T included. Free parking on premises/street. Laundromat & dairy/convenience shop are nearby. Several restaurants/supermarkets and River-walk in 15-20 minutes’ walk.

Country seclusion

This accomodation is in a secluded country area but only 15mins from the centre of Palmerston North city and only 5 minutes from the Palmerston North air port. The dwelling consists of an open plan kitchen dining lounge area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom consisting of a toilet shower and vanity unit. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge which turns into a double bed .We have chocolate lab dog Tui who roams freely around the property and is friendly

Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
