The private two-bedroom apartment occupies the entire lower floor with its level entrance. You have the whole place to yourselves. No other guests. Guests have their private garden patio with fire pit, kids' treehouse, hammock, and access stairs leading down to the creek in the woods. Street has easement to the beach on the bay.
