Hotel Alternative, near airport/Seahurst beach A/C

We have had so much fun providing a wonderful place to stay for our guests visiting Seattle. We have traveled often and are always looking for an affordable yet perfect place to stay. Our apartment offers all the comforts of home during your travels. Please enjoy our above garage apartment. You will find everything you need for your stay in Seattle. We are 5 minutes from the airport in Burien and walking distance from Old Burien where you will find great restaurants and shopping. We are close to Seahurst beach if you want to walk on the beach and enjoy a sunset. We are about 15 min driving distance from downtown Seattle. You have your own outside entrance and a private parking space in the backyard. Inside you will find a full bath and full kitchen, for those who love to cook. There is a Trader Joes not far for fun food without all the work. We will have coffee and basic pantry needs. Just stop for groceries if you would like to prepare your own favorite recipes. Lightly furnished, towels and bedding are provided. The mattress is extremely comfortable with wonderful bedding. Wi Fi is available and there is full cable. We are happy to take any reservations last minute. Please let us know if you need an early check in or a late check out. Hummingbird Cottage in Quiet Residential Arbor Heights

We are 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown with easy access to the beaches at Alki and Lincoln Park. Your quiet backyard refuge is newly remodeled with everything you’ll need for a weekend or a month. We are just a half block from the bus stop and access to Seattle’s great transit system. Whether you’re here for Business, visiting family, or on holiday, Hummingbird cottage should fill the bill. You have off street parking and the entire space to yourself, with laundry facilities and a full kitchen at your disposal. If you need a highchair or pack-n-play crib for your little one just let us know. I’ll be here to greet you (unless you come in very late), in which case I’ll give you the code for our August Bluetooth lock to get in when you arrive. We’re only 50 feet away if you need us but will give you your space if you don’t. Arbor Heights is a tranquil neighborhood halfway between the airport and downtown, plus only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants. and parks with amazing views. Alki and Lincoln Park beaches are also easily accessible. Seattle is a good city to get around in by car but if you’re going downtown you might want to leave the car and catch the 21 bus to save the parking hassle and cost.

"The Trees House" 1 Bedroom Private Apartment

Welcome to The Trees House! This is a newly renovated, private, second-floor walk-up. Enjoy natural views from your private deck, where you can grill dinner on the propane grill or relax by the glow of the tabletop outdoor fire bowl. Inside, you'll find an exceptionally comfortable queen-size bed and a sofa that is very comfortable for one person to sleep on, and there are extra linens in the living room closet. Stay entertained with personal streaming and live TV on the Fire TV.

The Garage - unique and cozy (near airport)

Welcome to The Garage - unlike any garage you’ve ever been in before! This trendy oasis has heating, air conditioning, WiFi, a kitchenette and a bathroom complete with a walk in shower. Feast your eyes on the incredible graffiti art painted by a local artist here in Seattle and enjoy the comfortable King size bed. This unique space is the perfect combination of cozy and awesome, and it's nearby many delicious restaurants and a quick drive to the airport or downtown Seattle.

West Seattle Guest Studio

Enjoy your stay in beautiful West Seattle in our recently renovated guest studio complete with queen sized custom made Murphy bed, Egyptian cotton 1,000 thread count sheets and comfortable foam mattress. Full kitchenette with cooking tools and utensils, full bathroom, and fenced in back yard access with hammock to relax and enjoy. Free street parking in this quiet, laid back, residential area. Conveniently located just 15 min south of downtown and 15 north of the airport.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

Cozy Studio with Kitchenette and Laundry

Everything is included in this cozy studio. The perfect place for a long term traveler to refresh their laundry and take a break from eating out every day. Walking distance to both Westcrest Dog Park for your pups and downtown White Center with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a roller rink and bowling alley. Just off of 509 and 99. Close to the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal for easy island access. Exactly mid-way between SeaTac airport and downtown.

Originally built in 1929 and completely remodeled in 2023, this cozy standalone cottage is nestled in a quiet residential area of Seattle’s Columbia City. The Black Rabbit Cottage is conveniently-located for enjoying everything from foodie and tourist favorites, to local nature and day trip adventures. And with a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and serene bedroom, it’s the perfect space to return to after a day of exploring the city.
