A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Jubilee Cottage - A Georgian gem by the sea.

Built in the 1780s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (just 50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed environment for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or to just relax.

Harbour Haven is your seaside home from home, comfortable and cosy whatever the season, it can accommodate up to six with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms & a pretty rear garden. It is the ideal base to relax & explore Broadstairs, it’s seven sandy beaches, and the surrounding areas.

Fox Barn features 5 double bedrooms, a bathroom, separate shower room and downstairs toilet, dining area, lounge with Sky Q and 43" 4k TV, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room and a conservatory backing onto the patio. Fox Barn has 3 off-road parking spaces, and the garden backs onto apple orchards, perfect for walks from the property.

The Annexe - Optional Hot Tub - Nr Dover

Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel.

Hucksteps is a medieval, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house centrally located in the Citadel of Rye. Facing St Mary’s Church, the house is surrounded by cobbled streets, period architecture, literary associations, stunning coastline, and vibrant culture. Camber's sandy beaches and dunes are an easy walk/cycle/drive away. A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms is round the cobbly corner.

Blind Cottage is a renovated, open plan, self contained annexe. It is wonderfully light, benefiting from large windows and French doors throughout. Relax in the wonderful roll top bath, curl up in the conservatory or enjoy a coffee on the patio which overlooks our wood. The perfect stepping stone to explore the Garden of England.
