Enjoy the oversized deck for sunning, and grilling. 1 Queen bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the family room with TV and WiFi. Kitchen includes basic appliances: mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, and portable cooktop. Amenities include use of sand volleyball court, linens and towels, window A/C, water toys, and 1 parking spot.

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property.

There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

This is an ocean front cottage with a million dollar view of Cape Cod Bay. Fully furnished rustic cottage on private property. Spectacular sunrise. Enjoy watching frolicking seals. Low tide exposes tide pools and sand bars to explore. This is a very peaceful and quiet location. The beach stairs were recently pulled (October 11) up for the remainder of the season due to Nor’easter.
