Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

The cottage offers many unique spaces to relax, both inside & out! Highlights include a private sunken patio equipped with a gas grill, a firepit, outdoor dining, lounge chairs, two hammocks, & outdoor shower, all in a nature-surrounded yard. The Corner House, a timber frame cape dating back to the 1820s, is ideal for a New England getaway. It features a relocated post-and-beam frame and is a wonderful place to gather. It’s close to many hiking trails, wedding venues, bakery & restaurant & pub.

Maine’s Peaceful Off-Season Escape Nestled next door to Ferris Farm, our family-run flower farm, this charming cottage offers a private place to rest and recharge. Enjoy slow, coffee-filled mornings, quiet walks, and cozy evenings by the fire pit. Use the cottage as your home base to explore nearby beaches (30 minutes) or head into Portland (35 minutes) for breweries, coffee shops, and great dining. Perfect for a couple retreat, solo escape, or remote work getaway, with dedicated workspace.

Kolelemook Cottage!

Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Board games and Smart TV for indoor entertainment. 10 min. to downtown New London, 20 min. to Sunapee Ski Resort, with loads of hiking options just a short drive away.

Classic Maine cottage on Papoose Pond, nestled among the trees. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this small pond, whether reading a book, or paddling a kayak, canoe or paddleboard. All the equipment is waiting for you. Lots to explore in the area as well, being close to Bethel and Sunday River, Fryeburg, North Conway and the White Mountains. Enjoy the glow of the fire pit at night, or gather inside for games or a movie.
