It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. *No Pets

Quiet Cottage in the Valley with Sauna

Nestled in the bluffs of Winona, Minnesota, The Driftless Retreat is a cottage in the valley just one mile from Saint Mary's University and a 10 minute drive to downtown Winona and the Mississippi River. The cottage features a private front and back entrance, large backyard, and woodburning fireplace. Our hope is that The Driftless Retreat is just that, a retreat away from the every day. We believe that every detail matters and take pride in making your time here relaxing and enjoyable.

Lil’ Kickback on Elk Creek (Eau Claire area)

Remote, tranquil, quiet and private getaway on 5.8 acres on the banks of the Elk Creek; only 1.5 hours from the Twin Cities! This creek is known as a class 1 trout stream. Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. This is a beautiful rustic cabin that has been beautifully restored. Permit issued and inspected by Dunn County.

Relax into the slower pace of river life. We are located on a laid back street where everyone is ready with a friendly wave or a driveway chat. The boat landing is just a mile away. The house is stylish and comfortable. We hope to provide our guest with whatever the need for a few days away. We are in a high PFAs area so bottled water is provided for guest consumption. You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available.

Small Town Vibes with Amazing River & Bluff Views

Enjoy gorgeous view of the Mississippi River, bluffs, and trains, entertain yourself with the live music (occasionally late) from neighboring establishments, stargaze on the deck, or revel in the passing trains. This apartment is the perfect place to get away and relax. Bring up your boat as you'll have parking available in the driveway too! NOTE: this is an upstairs apartment, but we promise you won't be disappointed and want to come back again and again. NON SMOKING. No pets.

A cozy shed house located in the hills of Coral City, WI. This Shed house includes a private deck, cozy living room, full kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower and extra air mattresses, sheets, & pillows for guests. It is surrounded by nature but near to the city. We are also located close to many wedding venues. The Shed House is a separate building, but located on the same property as the owner's home. During the winter months, 4-wheel drive is necessary.

Hill Street House is the quintessential river-town residence, located within walking distance of Fountain City's quaint downtown, legendary pubs, and riverfront, but just far enough from the highway and trains to still get a good night's sleep. Perched snuggly on the bluffside overlooking the Mississippi River, you'll see an ever-changing panorama of river boats, barges, and birds in flight against a backdrop of Minnesota bluffs in the distance and a jumble of rooftops below.

Sonney Lodge

Perched on a hilltop in scenic Newcomb Valley, Sonney Lodge provides a quiet, country setting while still only a 10 minute drive to downtown Arcadia. Located on a dead end with a private drive and no through traffic, the lodge features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and lower level entertainment room. A covered deck wraps around 2 sides of the home offering spectacular views of the surrounding hills and countryside.

The Granary Guesthouse @ Harvest Home Farm

Harvest Home Farm is located at the end of a dead end road nestled in a valley, just 4 miles northeast of Whitehall, Wisconsin, in beautiful Trempealeau County. The 160 acre farm has a long term focus on raising grass fed sheep and poultry. We also have a produce garden, a berry patch, and an apple orchard. The farm has 80 acres of mixed hardwoods and softwoods and an abundance of wildlife as well as a network of walking trails.
