The Brick Loft on the Palouse

The Brick Loft is where history meets charm. Constructed in 1890 it served as a bank from 1893 and later became the infamous Eleanors Corner Saloon. Located centrally between the LC Valley and Pullman/Moscow along the scenic Palouse Highway it's a great location for Cougars or Vandals events, photographing the surrounding Palouse, or enjoying recreation on the Snake and Clearwater rivers. This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
