BBQ hire with charcoal is £20 a bundle for the firepit is £15.00 This includes kindling, logs, coal and marshmellow sticks. External WC along a well lit path. En Suite bathroom with hot water into Victorian bath, Shower and running hot water from the basin. There is Sky TV, Netflix, Disney Channel and Prime! Ideal cosy, private getaway close to the beach.

Private secluded treehouse retreat

20ft up nesting between three sturdy oak trees this treehouse made of recycled timbers and is surrounded by trees and has glimpses of the northdowns AONB Cosy and private set on the edge of a barley field the only sound is wind through the trees and birdsong. Heater and double glazing makes this ideal in winter or summer, and a chemical loo in the cabin at ground level adds a creature comfort. There is an induction hob, cool box electric kettle and Bluetooth speaker and a variety of games .

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.
