Located on a 17 acre horse ranch with endless views of live oak trees and granite boulders. The Spanish style cottage has 3 light and bright bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and includes a spacious kitchen, dining room, family room and covered patio. One of the last remaining undeveloped parts of Southern California, De Luz Heights is located adjacent to the Cleveland National Forest, and near the Santa Margarita River. There are no public roads going through or next to the property, preserving the tranquility and peace of the area.  My land is 13 miles from the Pacific ocean and enjoys a relatively mild yearly climate, and features giant boulders and native wildlife.
