Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

'THERE IS NO KITCHEN'. WIFI is high speed Fiber. Dogs Daisy and Dolly are my Golden Retrievers, drive slow as Dolly is lame. The view from your private deck is the best, bring your favorite drink and enjoy a piece of paradise in the country. No PETS PLEASE. Extra guest fee is $25.00 per person.

You will have a fireplace and a large screened in porch. Very quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, outdoor folks, bicyclers, and business travelers.
