Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

Location & Luxury! A cozy home away from home for family visits, business travel or those attending local events! You will be 10 minutes from Old Town Round Rock, 15 from the historic Georgetown Square & 25 from Austin & UT. You will have quick access to great restaurants, shopping & parks. We are in a quiet, established, heavily treed neighborhood with ponds, a small natural park, tennis court & quiet streets. I garden year round, so you are welcome to harvest and enjoy herbs & veggies.

Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - placed out in fall and winter. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues. Located on a 2.5 acre lot, our guest house has it all: Fully furnished, modernly renovated, big screen TV, workstation, 5G Wi-Fi, private parking and easy access to 183 & Parmer ln. The guest house is a private, separate structure - and does not share any walls with the main house. It's perfect for 1-2 guests, young children will find their space too. We will be happy to accommodate with Basinet / Pack&Play as needed!
