Go swimming on the hot summer days or sit with your favorite beverage by the fire as you watch the sun set over the pond. The dock is available to tie off a boat. Peaceful and open setting with a fantastic view.

Eagles Landing Cottage; A Stunning Waterfront Gem

This newly renovated waterfront cottage has 150 feet of frontage where bald eagles are often seen flying overhead. Relax on the wrap-around deck or the waterfront swing and enjoy the view of the river in all seasons. Croton provides great fishing all year round with lots of great snowmobile trails in the area. The cottage is fully furnished with wood floors, laundry room, well-appointed kitchen, and deck furniture/umbrella. Added bonus! 5 kayaks and 5 bikes are also available!

Meadow Cottage is a newly renovated 100 year old farmhouse with a hot tub located in beautiful Northern Michigan. Perfectly situated for year round fun including skiing at Crystal Mountain (13 miles), Caberfae (36 miles), snowmobiling (.2 miles), Lake Michigan (7 miles), or golfing at Arcadia (9 miles). Beautifully designed rooms provide space for up to 8 guests. Step outside to our patio to soak in our large spa under the stars or sit around the campfire.

The Rickard Cottage kitchen and living room has just been remodeled! The Cottage is very close to the hustle and bustle of the Silver Lake area, but provides a relaxed, efficient place to get away when the day is done. Mornings and evenings can be spent on the back porch surrounded by the woods. The Cottage is the perfect complement to a busy day at the lake.
