The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

The Elkhorn Log Cabin, located in the scenic town of Wolverine, Michigan, has undergone a meticulous restoration to create an ambiance of warmth and charm. The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Nunda Cabin - A REAL up-north feel, with comfort

The Nunda Cabin is perfect for every up north adventure. We boast a HUGE parking area that can accommodate at least 4 full sized snowmobile trailers, boat trailers, and multiple vehicles. A short road ride will take you to trail head #7 on the snowmobile trails. It's also a perfect location to make a summer day trip to Burt Lake with your trailered boat.
