We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.

This 1947 home has been completely updated throughout, leaving touches of the original home where we could. It sits on a beautiful waterfront property with a dock, old well, tropical plants, a fire pit and the original stairs leading down to the waters edge. A charcoal grill, bikes, a canoe, and paddle boards are also on premises for your use at bo additional charge!

The "mini-apartment" is within walking distance of the canal where you can go bird watching and possibly see other wildlife. The apartment is outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the city but within driving distance of the beach. There are several restaurants with indoor or outdoor dining options.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. This is a very nice In-Law unit. Cozy bedroom newly renovated ,comfortable furniture and more. Great house in a great quiet neighborhood located just 1.5 miles from Downtown and minutes from the beach. You have your own bedroom living room and bathroom as well as a little kitchen, microwave, flattop cooker, coffee maker and a fridge. There is free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime Video. There is free parking on the driveway. THE SPACE The place is good for 2 people 1 Qeen bed.
