五条高瀬川のほとりにひっそりと佇む、一棟貸し宿「逢譚-atan-」 杉や土、和紙といった自然素材が静かに呼吸するこの空間は、京都の街に溶け込みながらも、時間の流れが緩やかに感じられます。 浴室の窓越しには小さな坪庭。 季節のうつろいを映すその景色に、湯につかりながら身をゆだねるだけで、心がほどけていきます。 余白と静けさ、そしてほんの少しの贅沢。 旅先で予定を詰め込むよりも、何もしない時間を味わいたい方にこそ、訪れていただきたい場所です。 朝は障子越しのやわらかな光に目を覚まし、夜は庭に落ちる影を眺めながら、静かに一日を終える。 ここでの時間は、目に映るものだけでなく、空気の温度や足裏の感触、音の静けさまでも記憶に残ります。 誰かと語らうのもいいし、一人でゆっくりと過ごすのもいい。 この宿は、日常から少しだけ距離を置き、自分の輪郭を確かめるような場所であってほしいと願っています。 「逢譚」という名前には、 まだ出会ったことのない風景や空気、人や言葉、そして物語に出会えるような宿でありたいという想いを込めました。 あなたが過ごすこの空間にも、きっと小さな物語が生まれるはずです。

K's Villa Kamogawa-an is an authentic Kyoto style wooden house located right beside the Kamo river only 3 mins walk from Shichijo station. Reikaku Yasaka | Gion | Historical Machiya

Reikaku Yasaka was a building in ruins with the floor tilted by at least 30cm when we discovered this hidden jewel. The restoration was particularly difficult due to the state it was in but our craftsman’s determination to bring this Machiya back to its formal glory paid off for Reikaku Yasaka. The result is Japanese craftsmanship at its best and we are very proud to be able to share the result with the rest of the world. Check our other house as an alternate option @ Reikaku Kiyomizu-Gojo

Guesthouse Hana - Bamboo Villa

A fully renovated, authentic Kyomachiya with over 100 years of history. The open-air bath featuring a Shigaraki-style tub and adjacent garden provide a feeling of spaciousness. Hana Bamboo Villa is popular with guests for offering an extremely relaxing environment. Original construction materials can be found throughout the property, including the lattices, trusses, beams, and columns. Guests are welcomed with a tasteful exterior and a refined interior featuring a modern Japanese design.

TabiTabi Kamogawa is a private Machiya house for one group per day, located along the Kamogawa River in Kyoto. 京町家貸切宿｢高瀬川七条｣は築115年の京町家をフルリノベーションした宿泊施設です｡京都の美しい風景を形作る京町家を､当時の構造を残したまま､京都特有の蒸し暑い夏､底冷えの厳しい冬にも快適にお過ごしいただけるよう､気密性･断熱性能の高い建物に仕立て直しました｡ 1階の和室からは『露地』(※茶室へ通じる庭)をイメージした坪庭をご覧いただくことができます｡また､廊下にはゆったりとくつろぎながら坪庭を眺めることができるようソファをご用意しました｡夜にはライトアップされた坪庭を眺めながら､癒しの時間をお過ごしいただけます｡ 2階には寝室が2部屋あり､シングルベッド2台の和室とシングルベッド2台の洋室をご用意しました。 5名様以上でご宿泊の場合は､少しご面倒ですが1階の和室にお布団を敷き､寝室としてご利用いただきます｡ キッチンには簡単なお料理ができるよう調理器具と食器のご用意がございます｡
