Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

A secluded cabin with access to two private, large waterfalls in the Mountains of Tennessee. Nestled on a cliff, the beautiful nature offer precipitous trails to a swimming area beneath a waterfall. The family home overlooks a 75 foot cascading waterfall. Garden trails follow along the creek and incline. Interior cabin exhibits variety of cultural nostalgia from the local family's home and tradition. We hope you come away with peace, tranquility of God's nature and restorative living water .

We are minutes from quaint downtown Burnsville and all the conveniences you would need. Sit on the porch while listening to the creek or explore the nearby attractions such as waterfalls, hikes, state parks, fishing, and many more. Cabin in the City is named so because it resembles a true cabin but it is located in the city limits. Very cozy and updated with today's conveniences. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Burnsville. This cabin is equipped with fast FREE Internet/WiFi that will facilitate working from home. Burnsville, North Carolina is a charming small town in the mountains about 35 to 40 minutes northeast of Asheville.
