Conveniently located one block from the courthouse, this house is nestled in a quiet community just off Whiskey Row (Montezuma). There is a lot of privacy and isolation for your full relaxation. This room is a blocked off from the rest of the home and is independent of itself. You have your own private entrance and keyed entry. This space is simply an oasis! There is direct access to the outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the salt water jacuzzi hot tub, the glass firepit, and BBQ grill.

The Sunrise Suite is located 3 mi from downtown Prescott & the famous Whiskey Row. Close to shopping, dining, hiking trails and lakes. We have glorious cliff views with sunsets and sunrises, which will take your breath away. It is where Vincent Van Gogh may have chosen to paint the starry night and the wheat field in seven different shades if he had lived in America. There is something "wild" about this place - such beauty and serenity here! (There's another unit upstairs just like a hotel)
