The Old Farmhouse

The Old Farmhouse is a century old Queenslander surrounded by working vineyards. It has been extensively restored and is carefully furnished with vintage and antique furniture. It has a large country kitchen ideal for those who love to cook. Beautiful lounge room and bedrooms make for a luxurious holiday. The house boasts wide wrap around verandas, 2 fireplaces and a fire pit in the large yard. It is located 10 minutes south of Stanthorpe and central to all the attractions on the Granite Belt.

Bells House

Built in the 1940's by local builders, Bells House features unique furnishings with preference to upcycling and using furniture from bygone eras. The house is decorated with local art, ceramics and paintings(made by the host), photography(taken by the hosts daughter) . Bells house has spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes. The beds made with quality linen bedding for your comfort. Conveniently located in the main street surrounded by trees, gardens and birdlife.

Mays Cottage is on a historical working sheep and cattle property. This is a delightful country experience less than 30 mins from Stanthorpe and all the beautiful wineries in the region. It is a fully self contained style accommodation that is suitable for 2 couples or a family of 4. Relish the seclusion offered by this unique location, nestled next to the creek. Pets are welcome in the fully fenced garden and verandah. There's a cosy outdoor fire pit for dinners under the stars.

Zuny Yurt is a unique 8 sided building nestled in the heart of Granite Belt wine country. Situated on 6.5 acres of rustic charm, with diverse wildlife on display and centrally located in Ballandean. We have 12 wineries within a couple of km’s that offer world class wines and Strange Bird varieties. Also, it is a short 5 min walk to the General Store & Bakery as well as the Ballandean Pub, a 10 min drive to Girraween National Park and 5 min drive to Storm King Dam.

Welcome to Wren Farmhouse! Our rustic Queenslander sits amongst 32 acres of lightly wooded native bushland. Nestled in wine country, you'll find many cellar doors within a few kilometers drive. Located nearby is Sundown National Park with Girraween National Park only 20 minutes away. The enclosed verandah becomes the perfect suntrap during the day to enjoy a good book. Enjoy the stars on a clear night or allow yourself to unwind whilst watching the fire.

Melness Cottage

Melness cottage is a comfortable studio style accommodation on a 2500 acre farm 33km out of Goondiwindi. The cottage is separate to the main house and you will have private entry. It is only 300m from the highway to our entrance. There is a fire pit area to enjoy during your stay and the creek is a short walk from the cottage. For meals there is a microwave, Weber BBQ, bar fridge, kettle and toaster. A few basic breakfast supplies can be provided.

Thoughtfully renovated, this post war cottage retains historic features like cypress floors and beams, while offering a modern kitchen and bathrooms and a stylish open-plan living area. The brand new kitchen features marble-look countertops and has a full fridge, oven & stove, as well as kitchenware and appliances to make meal preparation easy. If you don’t feel like cooking, head outside to the BBQ and enjoy the covered outdoor area.

Rachel's Cottage.

Rachel's Cottage was built my my great grandfather around 1898. The family lived there until my great Aunty Rae died in 1986. We repurchased it in 2004 in a very derelict state. We have renovated the cottage, keeping the original style as much as possible. The kitchen and bathroom are accessible via a small covered verandah. We welcome a pet or two but there are strict conditions for this and approval must be sought first.
