The bus stop is located across the street, making trips to downtown and Old Town quick and convenient. Free parking in cul-de-sac.

Enjoy a peaceful stay with all the comforts of home, surrounded by nature yet close to everything you need. There are two black dogs on the premises. While they are upstairs and separate from the suite, some occasional barking may be heard. We recommend this stay is best suited for guests without pet allergies.

Rockside Suite - Private suite on Niven Lake

Rockside Suite, conveniently backs onto Niven Lake Trail bringing you direct access to the lake and the city's main trail system. With a short 7 minute walk, you will be guided to downtown which hosts a number of local shopping boutiques, coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. If you choose to walk to Old Town you can venture onto Great Slave Lake for some fishing and sightseeing in the summer or take part in some winter activities such as cross country skiing or snowshoeing.
