Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Stroll to a nearby restaurant for a locally-sourced dinner, then snuggle up in front of the TV in our peaceful retreat. This separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. No exceptions. No Emotional Support Animals.

It's a quiet place of well-being where you can relax & enjoy the tranquil backyard garden. In light of COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions to sterilize all surfaces prior to each visit.

Treehouse Haven/Downtown Sacramento Retreat

Welcome to The Southside Treehouse, a truly one-of-a-kind space that is a tranquil and modern sanctuary situated among the majestic urban forest of Southside Park. Bright, spacious, and airy, our studio space is a standalone, very private second-story unit located directly across from the historic park. Its bright white walls, vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, privacy, views and natural wood accents give this space a soft, restorative energy.
