한 층에 한 객실로만 구성되어 있어 한 층을 단독으로 사용할 수 있는 레지던스 호텔입니다. 침실, 서재 겸 침실, 주방과 다이닝룸, 욕실 등 4개 공간으로 분리되어 있는 투룸형입니다. 각 공간별로 한 대씩 총 3대의 에어컨과 환기 시스템인 전열교환기 한 대가 설치되어 있습니다. 침실에는 퀸 사이즈의 침대와 화장대와 의자, 붙박이장이 있습니다. 서재 겸 침실에는 소파배드, 붙박이장, 책상과 의자가 있고 3중 중문으로 공간을 분리할 수 있습니다. 주방과 다이닝룸에는 4인용 식탁, 세탁기와 건조기, 냉장고, 인덕션, 광파오븐렌지 등이 있으며 주방가구와 주방기구 일체가 구비되어 있습니다. 욕실에는 욕조와 테이블형 세면대가 있고 바닥이 건식으로 되어있어 겨울에 난방이 됩니다. 부대시설로는 1층에 리셉션과 택배 보관 공간, 공용 화장실 등이 있고 그 윗층인 M1층에는 로비라운지와 카페 용도의 투숙객 전용 공간이 있습니다. 모든 소방시설이 완비되어 있습니다.
