Unique Tiny House Getaway on An Historic Farm

The Hen House Cottage is a tiny house located on an historic farm in central Maryland. It is surrounded by six acres of beautiful pasture and gardens. The Cottage has great light throughout the day, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee grinder, coffee maker, large fridge, etc.), a full bathroom (with shower), a sleeping area with a comfortable queen-sized bed, dedicated (free) wi-fi, a smart TV, blue tooth sound system, and an eclectic library. Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area. Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe.
