‘Betty’s Bothy’ is a small self-contained barn conversion, adjacent to HART Farm which offers therapeutic visits for children coping with life challenges. It will suit animal lovers (with or without their own well-behaved dog) as the animals can be seen from large windows and you may well wake to the sounds of a cockerel, the eeyore of mini donkeys or the bleating of pygmy goats. The Old School

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

My cottage is positioned on the edge of Burtersett, a tiny, tranquil village set away from the main road in the heart of Wensleydale. It has glorious, far-reaching views across the dale from the sitting room, sitting-out area and main bedroom. Just a 20-minute walk across gorgeous meadows to the town of Hawes and the Pennine Way, it is an ideal centre for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. There are walks in all directions from the cottage itself.
