Large glass surfaces bring natural light and the surrounding landscape into the interior, while the terrace opens beautiful views of the hills and valley. Mornings begin with coffee in the fresh air, days are perfect for walks in nature, and evenings end in the jacuzzi under the stars. The house is intended for two adults (adults only) and is ideal for couples looking for peace, privacy and a romantic stay in nature. Relaxation outdoors The outdoor area provides a perfect setting for romantic moments in nature. Guests can enjoy a jacuzzi under the open sky and a barbecue, ideal for evenings with a glass of wine and views of the Zagorje hills. Nature and activities The house is located in a perfect spot for exploring nature. Nearby is Mount Strahinjčica, offering numerous hiking and forest trails ideal for walking and outdoor activities. In the surrounding area there are also two certified forest bathing trails (Shinrin Yoku) – a unique experience of relaxation in nature that is definitely worth trying. Radoboj and its surroundings are known for unspoiled nature, peaceful landscapes and beautiful views of the Zagorje hills. In the small village of Radoboj you will also find a museum and, as locals say, the best štrukli in Hiža štrukli. The town of Krapina is only 5 km away, where you can visit the Krapina Neanderthal Museum, while a visit to the romantic Trakošćan Castle is a perfect addition to your stay.

Villa Zaza, Oasis in Untouched Nature

Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Roštilj i mnoštvo sadržaja za djecu i odrasle. Smještena u parku prirode s nebrojenim prirodnim i rukom izrađenim ljepotama. Iznajmljuje se kuća sagrađena 1778. godine, koja je nedavno renovirana, a pritom su zadržani tradicionalni materijali gradnje. U prizemlju je dnevna soba s blagovaonicom, kuhinja, kupaonica s WC-om, prostorija saune, a u potkrovlju dvije spavaće sobe i predsoblje (ukupno 105 m2). Osigurano je parkirno mjesto i natkriveni roštilj s terasom. Oko kuće nalazi se prekrasna priroda, pa je kuća idealna za smještaj ljubitelja prirode, lovaca i ribolovaca. U blizini je Arboretum Opeka i špilja Vindija.
