Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Il mio alloggio è una tipica casa indipendente di campagna in Toscana, tutta in pietra e legno sapientemente restaurata nel rispetto della tradizione. Si trova nella prima collina di Camaiore a 9 Km dal mare della Versilia e a 25 m di macchina dalla bellissima città di Lucca. Un territorio naturalmente predisposto al "bien vivre" grazie ad un'armonica combinazione fra natura, cultura e buon cibo.Vicina alle città d'arte più iconiche: Pisa, Firenze, Siena, Le 5 Terre, le Alpi Apuane, Pietrasanta

Casa Formentale appartamento tra gli ulivi a Lucca

Immerso tra gli ulivi delle colline lucchesi, appartamento al piano terra di tipico casale in pietra vi accoglie per un soggiorno all’insegna del relax e della natura. Ristrutturato nel 2024, con tutti i comfort tra cui vasca idromassaggio all'aperto, ping pong, parcheggio, barbecue per un soggiorno rilassante, a contatto con la natura. A soli 9 km dalle mura di Lucca e vicino a Pisa(20 km), Viareggio (20 km), Garfagnana (45 km) e Firenze (90 km), è la base perfetta per esplorare la Toscana.

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Casa Gattaie - Versilia tra monti e mare. (Wi-Fi)

Svegliarsi con il suono dell'acqua del torrente che scorre verso la valle ed il profumo dei boschi che circondano la casa e regalano frescura . Per chi cerca una fuga dal caos cittadino il nostro appartamento è il rifugio ideale. Ad accogliervi sarà l'ampia terrazza attrezzata per trascorrere il vostro tempo in completo relax. Entrando troverete un ampia sala e la cucina . Salendo le scale si arriva alla zona notte dove troverete due camere matrimoniali ed il bagno completo con doccia.

Chiesino Dei Vaioni

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

Villa Stalletta at Borgo4case

Villa Stalletta is a two-storey stone house "rustico" situated in a peaceful and ancient olive grove, in the heart of Versilia, north of Tuscany. The entire property is very quiet, sunny and has a wonderful view of the Versilia hills and Apuane Alps. The large swimming pool, treated with natural salt, invites you to enjoy memorable and relaxing moments after your sightseeing trips to Florence and Pisa, one hour away by motorway.

BorgoMetato - Fienile

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FIENILE is part of this place.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

casa vacanze "Le Casette"

La casa si trova in alta collina a circa 600mt slm ed è inserita all'interno di un piccolo borgo. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.

Magico!!! Collina e mare a Napiaia

Una sensazione di incanto avvolge questo luogo che si affaccia sulla vallata di Camaiore e sulla costa della Versilia. Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente città d'arte come Lucca, Pisa, Firenze , Siena ed il parco delle 5 Terre. Benvenuti!!
