La terraza, salón y cocina, es compartida conmigo y eventualmente con alguna hija o amiga que vienen de visita. Su ubicación y las vistas son un autentico privilegio. Puedes ir andando por todo el centro de Alicante, y disfrutar de su magnifica oferta.También contamos con paradas de autobús y Tram a 5 min a pie.

Rum nr 2, Casa Rural de Pueblo, Cocentaina

Rum nr 2, 28 kvm 1 trappor upp (utan hiss ) ett av våra finaste rum med med två enkelsängar sängar 90x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig som enkelsängar. Rummet har en liten balkong mot gatan, eget badrum med värmegolv, AC för värme och kyla. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag. OBS! då råder parkering förbud från onsdag kväll.

Rum nr 5, 22 kvm 2 trappor upp (utan hiss ) med två enkelsängar 80x190cm som antingen kan placeras som dubbelsäng eller var och en för sig, Vindsrum med eget badrum och AC, sovrummet är 13 kvm och badrum och hall 9 kvm. Dörren till rummet är den gamla original dörren som vi har behållit men inuti är takhöjden mycket generös. Huset är centralt beläget i Cocentaina nära, Palacio Comtal och stora torget, Plaza Vener Escuder med Mercat Municipal. Där även de lokala marknaden är varje torsdag.

We are a couple from Newquay and the Wirral in the UK. We´ve lived in this area for over 15 years. Our studio is ideal for travellers who are flying into Alicante airport. Set in a lovely peaceful residential area with views of the sea and mountain. There are lots of squirrels and cats in the neighbourhood. The location is ideal if you are after a relaxing break, near the hustle of Benidorm, with knowledgeable English (and Spanish speaking) hosts that can cater for all your needs.

It is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from bars and restaurants and 7 minutes by car from the beach.

Villa Foia Vella (License HA-1687) means peace, relaxation and carefree enjoyment. A small retreat in a 2-hectare old olive grove. Enjoy nature and tranquillity (we are 'adults only'). Yoga is also offered. Villa Foia Vella has 3 deluxe double rooms and 1 suite, all with a beautiful view of a green valley. You'll sleep wonderfully on a comfortable boxspring bed (1.80 x 2.10 m) and enjoy a luxurious bathroom. WiFi is free, the rooms have no television.

Located on the ground floor and adjoining the lounge area, this room is ideal for single travelers. This is the only room that has the original doors made from mobila pine, the rest of the doors were burned by refugees sheltering during the civil war. The room features a large wardrobe, a bedside table hand made from almond wood from the family's farm, and in the bathroom surface is made from Cypress wood that blew down during storm Gloria in 2018.
