Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.

Hospedamos hasta un máximo de 12 adultos. Se distribuye en 2 casas en una misma superficie y en una sola planta. El edificio principal es para máximo 8 personas y el anexo para 4.
