Poolhouse with one bedroom, two beds, kitchen, eating area and bathroom. Bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The poolhouse is located on the back of my property. This house is on a private well and Water is potable. # Twenty ($20) dollar charge for each guest over 2. #Property is rural WiFi not city strength. ** If images of mermaids & semi-nude Female artwork are offensive to you, PLEASE don't book the Poolhouse. Guests have access to the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad. Residence is located in the back of the complex for a peaceful quiet stay. There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.

A public pool in the community is available for use and is managed by the HOA.
