Es ist sehr zentral gelegen mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür (mit der "Bim" gelangt man in 10 min ins Stadtzentrum, 1.Bezirk), die U-Bahn gleich ums Eck am Gürtel. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
