In 1907, our lil town was in great excitement as 15 of the finest buffalo arrived by rail in heavy crates from NY to their new home in the Wichita Mountains. Even Quanah Parker was there to witness this historic event. Nestled at the foothills of the mountains, The Lazy Buffalo has 13 individually themed cabins. Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.
